Hi! I’m Aurelie. (OR-lee)

I know…that’s a lot of vowels! What can I say, it was my grandmother’s name. I hope to see my 100th birthday like she did – enjoying time with family and friends, making things beautiful and useful, playing bridge, and loving life!

At the heart of everything I do is a dedication to building relationships. I help clients recognize what they need, collaborate to design solutions to meet those needs, and team with vendors to execute each project. I consistently find success by delivering exceptional work that elevates brands and produces satisfied clients.

.”

I studied design and communications at Notre Dame. After college I worked at Timex and learned so much on the job: designing logos and packaging, dos and don’ts of licensing, sketching and CAD drawings for straps and watches…I even filed a few patents! Five years after I chose to stay home with my kids, I started Irish Eyes Design–it’s a great story, and I will be a blog post soon.

Now that my kids have left the nest and life has taken some unexpected twists and turns, I’ve been experimenting with different roles. My love of design continues to grow. I enjoy the diversity of contracted projects and the challenge of identifying the needs of each client. I have found that my ability to multitask is well-honed thanks to my family; juggling skills (figurative, not literal) are very useful tools, indeed.

I am filled with gratitude.

Now…let’s design something!

I am proud to partner with these businesses.
I do not know where I’d be without their support!

some interesting tidbits:

  • I edit out nearly 100 exclamation points daily.

  • I love ampersands, the enneagram, cilantro, & the Oxford comma.

  • I have never consumed a cup of coffee! I enjoy a flavorful chai tea latte or a cinnamon black tea, but coffee is too bitter for me.

  • Authors Brené Brown & Richard Rohr changed my life. I could talk about their work any day.
